Douglas J. Klein

Douglas J. Klein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Michigan in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri in 1997. Doug was an editor of the law review and is published in the Washington University Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law.
Doug is a member of the Michigan Bar Association (workers’ compensation section). He is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Doug has presented seminars for a variety of interest groups, including employers and insurance carriers. He accepted a shareholder interest in the firm in 2002.
Doug developed a sub-speciality in Medicare compliance and has been certified as a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant by the International Committee of Health Care Certification.
He and his wife J’Nai enjoy traveling with their children, Maris and Elliot.
